The SCCEEDS Career Ladder is divided into 15 Levels.
The Levels provide for a wide range of educational backgrounds, from
Practitioners who are in high school, to those who have completed their
Doctorate.
Practitioners will be assigned an initial Career Level based on information
received in their application.
Practitioners work at their own pace in attending additional workshops, trainings, conferences
and completing college coursework.
Each year, Practitioners submit renewal information to determine if a
higher
Career Level has been reached. Financial incentives are
available for moving to higher Career Levels.
