Sponsorship Opportunities and Benefits

As the PRESENTING SPONSOR ($7,500 for exclusive position) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your company would receive the following:

• Recognition for supporting safe homes, child care facilities and the lives of children throughout the greater Phoenix area
• Speaking role in the brief opening program
• 20 complimentary tickets (includes reserved venue seats and pre-event backstage tour)
• Logo placement on event materials including invitations, program, signage and Website
• Prominent recognition in ASCC newsletters throughout 2008, including short company message in one newsletter issue of choice (printed quarterly)

As the RECEPTION SPONSOR ($5,000 for exclusive position) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your company would receive the following:

• 15 complimentary tickets (includes reserved venue seats)
• Logo placement on event materials including invitations, program, signage and Website
• Prominent recognition in ASCC newsletters throughout 2008, including short company message in one newsletter issue of choice (printed quarterly)

As a SAFETY SPONSOR ($2,000 each with three positions available) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your company would receive the following:

• 10 complimentary tickets (includes reserved venue seats)
• Logo placement on event materials including invitations, program, signage and Website
• Recognition in ASCC newsletters throughout 2008 (printed quarterly)

As an ONLINE SILENT AUCTION SPONSOR ($2,000 for exclusive positioning) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your company would receive the following:

• Recognition for supporting safe homes, child care facilities and the lives of children throughout the greater Phoenix area
• 10 complimentary tickets (includes reserved venue seats)
• Logo placement on event materials including invitations, program, signage and Website
• Logo and link to your Website on all electronic materials related to bidding on the site and confirming a winning bid
• Recognition in ASCC newsletters throughout 2008 (printed quarterly)
• Positioning in all media relations efforts related to the event
• Ability to provide child-safe giveaway for event bags
• One workshop in 2007-2008, presented by ASCC professional staff at your place of business, on a wide range of topics such as "How to Select Quality Child Care," "Internet Safety," "Childproofing Your Home," and "Early Brain Development."
• Opportunity for benefits at other ASCC events such as the Child Care Bowl and the Celebrate the Young Child Conference.

As an ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR ($1,000 each with five positions available) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your support will underwrite special attractions for our younger guests to the event: a face painter, a photographer, a balloon artist, a magician and gift bags. ENTERTAINMENT SPONSORS receive four complimentary tickets, recognition in the invitation, event program, the ASCC Website and in each quarterly ASCC newsletter throughout 2008. Additional exposure will be provided through special signage at each attraction station and on the gift bags.

As an UNDERWRITER ($750 each with 10 positions available) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, your support will underwrite 10 tickets for children or Kith & Kin providers unable to purchase their own tickets as well as expenses related to gift bags for each event guest. UNDERWRITERS receive recognition in the invitation, event program on special guest name tags, the ASCC Website and in each quarterly ASCC newsletter throughout 2008. Additional exposure is available through an ad in the safety handout placed in each gift bag.

As a FAMILY PARTNER ($300 each) of the ASCC Play It Safe event, you will receive six reserved seats, a complimentary group photo with an Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day performer, recognition in the event program and a “Celebrate Children” t-shirt for each child attending.
